This large scale civil project involved bulk excavation and site preparation for a new commercial facility in Devonport. LCB Contracting completed the full cut and fill programme, established accurate building pad levels to engineer’s specification and coordinated drainage infrastructure across the entire site footprint.
The project was delivered on schedule and handed over to the builder in clean, ready to build condition: pad proof rolled, drainage in, and access hardstands ready for the steel erectors.
