What we collect, and why

We only collect personal information you choose to give us, and we only use it to respond to you and to quote, plan and deliver the work you ask about. When you use the quote form on our contact page, call, email or message us, that can include:

• your name and contact details (phone number and email address);
• the site or property address the enquiry relates to;
• details you provide about the job, including plans or drawings; and
• photos of the site that you choose to email or message to us.

How we use it

Your information is used to contact you about your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out the work, invoice for it, and keep the records we're required to keep as a business. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't use it for marketing lists you haven't asked to be on.

How it's stored

Quote form submissions are delivered to our business email (info@lcbcontracting.com.au) and stored in our email and quoting records. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Third-party services on this site

This website is a static site and does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. A few embedded services load their own content and may collect technical data (such as your IP address) under their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps — the map of our depot on the contact page.
• Facebook — the optional "See what LCB is up to" feed widget, which only loads Facebook content after you open it.
• Our hosting provider — standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) used for security and performance.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal need to keep it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you have a question or concern, contact us first and we'll sort it out directly; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
