A residential building project in Ulverstone required full site preparation, from vegetation removal through to final trim and driveway construction. LCB Contracting completed clearing, cut and fill earthworks and batter grading to achieve accurate building pad levels, then constructed the driveway and crossover.
The site was handed to the builder clean, compliant and ready to build.
